FLT Driver – Loading Bay Operations
Location: Chesterfield
Pay: From £14.00 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday + overtime available)
We’re looking for an experienced Forklift Truck (FLT) Driver to join our busy loading bay team. If you’re safety-conscious, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail, this is your chance to be part of a well-established engineering and manufacturing company.

What You’ll Do

Operate FLT Counterbalance trucks to load/unload vehicles and move goods
-
Handle sheet plate, components, and other materials safely
-
Support warehouse and production operations when needed

Check loads for accuracy and quality

Maintain safe working practices at all times
What We’re Looking For

Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR)

Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Flexibility to work overtime when required

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
