Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or professional kitchen environment is essential
- Ability to prepare and cook meals to a high standard
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Must be flexible with shifts and available to work weekends
Duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a kitchen team to ensure smooth service
