Are you looking for a Monday to Friday role starting between 8am – 9am, and weekends off?
We are looking for a Contract Co-ordinator to work initially for a 12-week period. Working in Lincoln City Centre, you will work 37 hours a week following any combination of 8am – 4-m, 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9am – 5pm.
As the co-ordinator, you will act as contact for the project/event the company is working on. You will plan and execute from planned schedules, ensuring the work is completed in line with the business objectives.
You will need to be an excellent communicator as you will collaborate with various departments and organisations to develop a project that brings together clients, products and resources. You will oversee the project to ensure all runs smoothly without problems.
You will need to have strong administration skills to ensure that databases and documents are all kept up to date.
