Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller (Toolmaker) to join a busy engineering team. This role involves programming, setting, and running CNC milling machines to produce mould tool components and EDM electrodes.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set, and run CNC milling machines to manufacture mould tool components and electrodes
Manipulate 3D CAD files and ensure accurate production to drawing specifications
Repair, maintain, and modify mould tools as required
Safely operate the overhead crane (training provided)
Assist with training apprentices and less experienced colleagues
Work flexibly across different production sites as needed
Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety legislation (HASAW Act 1974)
Perform any other duties necessary to meet production and company objectives

What We’re Looking For

Experience with CNC milling machines and 3D CADCAM programming
Proven ability to maintain and modify mould tools to drawing
Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Willingness to work flexible hours to meet production demands
Strong team player with a proactive attitude
