We’re looking skilled Assembly Operatives to join our clients growing team based in Grantham. Must have transport due to location.
These roles are ideal for candidates with solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience using hand and power tools. You’ll play a key role in assembling products to specification while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products according to technical drawings and company standards
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to carry out assembly tasks
- Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Identify and report any issues or faults during the assembly process
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an assembly or mechanical fitting role (preferably in engineering or manufacturing)
- Good understanding of mechanical assembly techniques and technical drawings
- Skilled in the safe use of hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills

Schedule
- Day shift (Monday to Thursday, 07:00–17:15)
- 39 hours per week
