Administrator & Event Coordinator

We are recruiting for a part-time Administrator & Events Coordinator to join this busy administration team to deliver top-quality service to clients and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering incoming calls from clients and customers
  • Maintenance of the organisations customer relationship management systems to ensure they’re up-to-date and GDPR compliant
  • Billing of members and visiting parties
  • Delivery of the corporate marketing plan – to include website updates, social media management, and production of printed materials
  • Maintenance of the organisations calendar to ensure it is up-to-date at all times
  • Work with the social committee to publicise events, book entertainers, and encourage member attendance

Personal Specification:

  • Strong knowledge of golf
  • Previous use of golf management software, such as BRS and Club Systems V1
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
  • Proven IT skills – including use of Microsoft Office software and CRM systems
  • Experience of work in a busy office environment
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • A flexible and can-do attitude to deal with a diverse and rapidly evolving workload
