We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant – Be the Heart of Our Office!

Location: Mansfield
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Salary: Competitive, based on experience


Are you a super-organised multitasker with a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Administrative Assistant to become a vital part of our growing team in Mansfield.

This is not your average admin job. You’ll be supporting management, coordinating fleet compliance, assisting drivers, and ensuring our operations tick like clockwork. Every day will bring something new!


What You’ll Be Doing:

Office Administration

  • Be the go-to support for managers and departments

  • Handle calls, emails, and general enquiries

  • Keep records, files, and systems organised and up to date

  • Manage office supplies and equipment

Fleet & Compliance

  • Coordinate MOTs, servicing, and compliance checks

  • Handle key vehicle documents like insurance and road tax

  • Liaise with garages and our service centre

Driver & Customer Liaison

  • Support drivers with queries and vehicle issues

  • Help onboard and brief new drivers

  • Communicate with customers professionally and efficiently

Managerial Support

  • Assist with scheduling, reports, and meeting preparation

  • Help track project progress and internal deadlines


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role

  • Top-notch organisational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication (written & verbal)

  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Friendly, proactive, and ready to jump in where needed

  • Experience with fleet/vehicle admin? That’s a bonus!
