We’re recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join a small, friendly team based on Newark Industrial Estate.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a flexible, part-time role with a well-established local business. You’ll be working 20 hours per week, supporting the accounts function with day-to-day admin and finance tasks.

The Role:

  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Assisting with credit control and account reconciliations
  • General admin support to the accounts team
  • Data entry and updating records accurately

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in accounts or finance admin
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable using Excel and accounting software
  • A team player with a proactive attitude

Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible to suit you)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Location: Newark Industrial Estate
Start Date: ASAP
