This year's Red Nose Day was held on Friday 19th March with the theme of #ShareASmile.

During these difficult times, smiles and laughter are definitely things we could all do with a bit more of, so we were happy to get involved and help to fundraise for Comic Relief.

Comic Relief supports some of the most vulnerable people in the UK and around the world, tackling some of the biggest issues such as poverty, mental health, domestic abuse and homelessness.

We are delighted to announce that we were able to raise a huge £255.00 for this amazing cause - and had a lot of fun in the process!

Wearing our special charity t-shirts designed for TK Maxx, we invited our staff to tell us their favourite joke which we shared across our social media channels throughout the day. Missed out? You can see them all on our Instagram story highlights.

In keeping with the theme of the occasion, we also invited all staff to take part in a Laughter Yoga session via Zoom. Run by qualified Laughter Yoga teacher, Rosey Shrosbree, who usually spends her time running classes locally to her in Essex, corporate workshops in London or at festivals up and down the country. We were amazed to learn that through practising laughter yoga we were actually lowering our stress levels and boosting our immune systems! Accessible for everyone, laughter yoga proved to be a great way to give all our staff a little boost. We also found out that laughter is definitely infectious - by the end of the session, we all ached from laughing so much. That's the kind of exercise we can all get on board with!

Here's a little clip of us practising laughter yoga. give it a watch and let us know if we make you smile!
