A recruitment business based in Lincoln has invested £100,000 into new software.
Ambitions Personnel, which has 11 branches across the UK and specialises in the placement of permanent and temporary staff in the industrial and commercial sectors, has invested in a new programme called Adapt.
It will give businesses looking to bolster their workforce faster turnaround times, as the platform makes it easier to find available candidates with the relevant skills and experience.
The software provides a customer relationship management platform, as well as an innovative workforce management system, the recruitment firm says.
Amanda Watson, the firm’s managing director, said: “This investment has been a long time in the making and we see it as a positive step forward as we continue to grow year on year.
“Here at Ambitions Personnel, we pride ourselves on offering a friendly and personal service to both our clients and candidates, so it was important that we struck a balance between technology and retaining who we are, as that’s what makes us different.”
She added: “Part of our overall strategy is to meet all of our candidates face to face and take the time to understand what they are looking for.
“Wherever possible, we like to go to our clients’ premises too, to really get a feel for a role and the working environment. By automating some of our back-office processes, we’ve really freed our teams up to spend more time building these valuable relationships and to offer a true consultancy service.
“Another huge benefit is the peace of mind we can give to clients.
“We know that they’re looking for a recruitment partner which is 100 percent compliant and the advanced functionality this system now provides makes it even easier for us to demonstrate that we are.”
Established in Lincoln in 1990, Ambitions Personnel now employs 90 staff across its 11 branches and 11 on-site locations in the East of England, including its head office on Firth Road, Lincoln, with a turnover of more than £64 million.
