Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking to join a fast-paced, supportive team where your skills are truly valued?
We’re seeking a Skilled Warehouse Operative to join our client based in Langar (14 miles outside of Grantham) on a temporary to permanent basis.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 9.30am-6pm and 8.30am-4.30pm on Fridays!
Own transport is essential due to the location of work.
What You’ll Do:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch goods to high standards
- Maintain stock accuracy and manage inventory using warehouse systems
- Load and unload vehicles safely
- Van driving when required
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and H&S compliant
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven warehouse experience
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and move heavy goods
- Great attention to detail and time management
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- UK Driving Licence
