Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts, days)
Location: Newark
Salary £12.67ph
About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable, hard-working, and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our clients team on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern. As a key member of the warehouse operations team, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring goods are received, stored, picked, and dispatched efficiently and safely.
Whether you’re experienced or looking to get started in warehousing, we offer full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch goods according to company standards
- Receive and check incoming stock deliveries
- Ensure all products are stored safely and correctly
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks, scanners) – training provided
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets
Shift Details:
- 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
- 12-hour shifts
- Includes weekends
What We’re Looking For:
- A good level of physical fitness – this is a hands-on, active role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential
- Willingness to work the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
