A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Water Delivery Coordinator to join a fast-paced operational team supporting a major UK infrastructure project. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders in a busy environment.
Based in Huntingdon, you’ll act as a key point of coordination between clients, contractors, and site teams — ensuring smooth scheduling, strong communication, and high service standards.
The Role
You’ll support daily operations by coordinating deliveries, managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure compliance and safety standards are met. This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same, offering long-term development as the project grows in scale and complexity.
Key Responsibilities

First point of contact for clients and operational stakeholders

Scheduling and coordinating contractor activity

Managing operational data and delivery records

Supporting financial and reporting processes

Assisting with HSEQ compliance and incident reporting

Providing cross-team operational support

Administration or coordination experience desirable
Working Pattern

37.5 hours per week

Shift rota covering 7am–6pm Monday to Friday

Saturday morning on-call (shared rota)

Initially office-based 5 days per week

Hybrid working available once established (up to 2 days office-based)

Occasional site visits (quarterly)
