We're seeking a Training Coordinator for our client, a global food manufacturing business, based in Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career within Training & Development within an established and progressive business.
You will lead on developing, implementing, and delivering training which is aligned to the business' policies and procedures. You'll work collaboratively to ensure training needs are identified and the resulting delivery achieves positive business outcomes.
You should have prior experience within training, ideally within the food industry, and a proven ability to deliver effective training solutions and maintaining accurate records. You will manage a small team of trainers and so experience of leadership or management within a training setting would be advantageous.
