Training Administrator – Whittlesey
Location: Whittlesey - PE7
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (Temporary which could go into permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a Training Administrator to join our global client based in Whittlesey, supporting the Southern region including Agriculture and Supply Chain for a global company.
You’ll play a key role in keeping training records accurate, accessible, and audit-ready, while supporting managers with training plans and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer training records and Success Factors LMS system.
- Liaise with external providers to book and manage training.
- Analyse data, highlight training gaps, and support site training plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer standards, and audits.
- Support digital and process improvement projects.
About You
We’re looking for someone self-motivated with:
- Strong IT and data/reporting skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines.
- Confidence to work with managers and external providers.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
(Experience in a training or manufacturing environment would be an advantage, but not essential.)
