Next, you need to identify, source and meet candidates to understand their needs and match your lovely companies up to the candidates dream jobs. Personally, this is one of the most fulfilling parts of my role; however, some of our consultants may say it’s the commission!

We have lots of clever tech to aid you in your journey; you’ll be no stranger to Microsoft Word and Excel as well as being comfortable working with Databases.
