Capable, reliable and hardworking Recruitment Administrator needed for a busy city centre recruitment agency.
Duties will include -
- Registering and inducting candidates
- Booking workers to assignments
- Payroll and holiday administration
- Answering phone calls from clients and candidates
- Selecting suitable candidates for assignments
- Other administrative duties
- Supporting the branch team to acheive the highest standards of recruitment
Moday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a 30 minute break.
Knowledge and Experience required -
- Excellent communication skills
- IT skills in word and excel
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience working in a busy and demanding office environment
