We are seeking a motivated and organised Temporary Administrator to support our client in Bingham for a period of 6-8 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking for short-term work in a friendly and fast-paced office environment.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch (unpaid)
Key Responsibilities:

General administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management

Answering phones and handling general enquiries

Assisting with scheduling and meeting coordination

Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

Supporting various departments with ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:

Previous administration experience is essential

Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and organisational abilities
-
Able to start work immediately and commit for the full 6-8 week period

Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
