We are seeking a motivated and organised Temporary Administrator to support our client  in Bingham for a period of 6-8 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking for short-term work in a friendly and fast-paced office environment.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch (unpaid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management

  • Answering phones and handling general enquiries

  • Assisting with scheduling and meeting coordination

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems

  • Supporting various departments with ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience is essential

  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities

  • Able to start work immediately and commit for the full 6-8 week period

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
