Can you speak Polish and English, with experience of Customer Services or technical support?
Want to work in a fun, busy and lively office? Do you excel in a fast paced environment? Don’t worry if the below sounds like a technical role but all your training will be given, and you’ll earn £18,100 as a starting salary for on the job training.
You will spend your 8.5-hour shifts answering inbound calls from confused customers, but to make it more fun – you’ll be speaking Polish to them. You will help diagnose their technical problems, keeping a log on the computer as you go and if you can’t solve it – no worries. You just escalate the call to the technical geniuses.
You’ll be busy and have lots to juggle, but you’ll get to celebrate success along the way as well as every calendar event with your team from Halloween & fancy dress to Christmas Grottos, Easter Parades and more. Rotas come out 4-6 weeks in advance so you will have plenty of time to plan extracurricular activities. Fancy learning another language or even an NVQ? They will arrange language lessons and courses to upskill and help you do that too!
