Looking to continuously improve the quality of life for people and their homes by simplifying everyday movements. Providing functional products with an exciting design that permit people to enter and leave their home in complete freedom and the opportunity to enjoy their living spaces to the full.
To be successful in the role of Technical Support, you will need:
- Confidence working with a CRM system, logging all call information
- Be 'technically' minded, ideally on the electrical front
- Excellent phone manner
- Advantageous to have an electrical background, but not essential.
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Be able to thrive under pressure
- Be competent taking information accurately over the phone
Training will be provided in relation to the products.
