Are you an experienced Site Manager who thrives on leading and managing day to day operations? Working within the agricultural sector your passion is delivering high standards whilst exceeding targets.
The day to day operations will include a mixture of product and people management, ensuring the efficiently of the site and building relationships with customers and suppliers. Each day will offer new tests but you manage with a calm and confident attitude which rubs off on your team.
As the Site Manager you will have full control over Health and Safety, CapEx and all site KPI’s. You will want to make improvements and strive to improve working conditions on site. You will have full control over the sites targets and will been given all the tools required to meet these requirements.
Ideally you will have experience within agricultural, you may be BASIS trained and will have a strong health and safety background.
