Would you like to put your own stamp on your next role? How does supervising your own team of staff sound to you? You will be required to support the warehouse management team within this established global organisation based in Bury St Edmunds. This is a hands on position and would suit someone who has previous experience in a warehouse/despatch operation. Working an afternoon shift 12.30pm - 8.30pm.
You will be responsible for the shift, supervising them on a day to day basis to ensure workloads and deadlines are met whilst maintaining a focus on continuous improvement. We would like to hear from you if you have worked as a Despatch or Warehouse Supervisor/Operative in the past, as you will be working in a similar environment. This role would be an excellent next step into a more managerial role with a wealth of support from the senior team.
