Service Engineer, £24,960
Are you a Service Engineer who enjoys driving from site to site, with no 2 days the same? Do you want to work for a market leader who makes bespoke products for a range of clients? Can you see yourself working with lots of different clients from Prisons to Supermarkets to local authorities and universities? It's £12 an hour so annually you will earn £24,960 to be precise! There’s a free gym you can use at the office before or after you start your working day! And you can get around in the works company van.
You will be working 8.30am - 5 pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week), but the site times may vary. Get your bag packed for this role because you’ll be sleeping in hotels on the odd occasion! Travel to site is paid. Day to day, you will service systems, produce reports and install equipment. Once you’ve been on your visit, you will be writing technical reports and trying to raise opportunities for sales of additional products or services.
So for the skills bit. Do you tick the boxes? Any type of electrical qualification is a big advantage! Knowledge of pumps and control systems would be helpful too. You will need to be competent on a computer. Hopefully, you are happy to work towards CSCS, working at heights and working in confined spaces qualifications!
