We are currently recruiting for a Service Co-Ordinator on behalf of a well-established engineering client in the Mansfield area.
This role is heavily customer service based, and at its core involves communicating efficiently with both engineers and customers to co-ordinate job completion in a timely manner on a daily basis.
Key duties will be:
- Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and disputes via both telephone and email, and create quotations for customers where required.
- Ensure all jobs are costed accurately and place parts orders on the system.
- Process timesheets and ensure that these are accurate before inputting them into the system.
- Validate worksheets and raise invoices within 2 days of job completion, and inform the relevant departments if a follow-up is required.
The successful candidate will have exceptionally strong customer service skills and will ideally have experience in engineering environment, although this is not essential. You will have previous sales experience and be comfortable with achieving KPIs in a fast paced environment. You will also be computer literate and comfortable with picking up new internal systems.
This role is full time and provides a great working environment, with a competitive salary and working hours of 08:15am until 16:45 Monday to Friday.
