Senior Payroll Co-ordinator

Do you have extensive experience delivering payroll to include the standard NI, tax, shift patterns, pension contributions?

Have you got experience of working for a medium to large organisation where they’ve had to manage thousands of employees through the process?

Have you experience of SAP and Oracle?

Are you able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences?

You will be responsible for Processing monthly end to end payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Identify process improvements. Carry out payroll data reporting, processing starters and leavers, auditing, maintaining up to date legislation knowledge.

In your new role as Senior Payroll Services Co-ordinator, you will be

  • Processing deductions
  • Processing salary sacrifice schemes
  • Administer Private Healthcare benefits
  • Processing pension payments
  • Ensuring incoming emails are dealt with, within agreed levels of service
  • Ensuring incoming tickets and requests are dealt with, within agreed levels of service
  • Responding to customer telephone queries
  • Ensuring that information has correctly transferred/integrated between HR systems
  • Answering employee queries regarding pay slips Process sick pay
  • Processing Jury Service claims

Processing maternity / paternity / parental leave

In the role you will need to:

Have the ability to work under pressure to meet levels of service.

Able to work to a high standard to maintain accurate and complete data

You will have Excellent customer service skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
