Day to day duties will include:

  • To have contact with company sales staff in the UK
  • To have a working knowledge of Word, Excel & SAP
  • To accurately document return of goods
  • To prepare the internal team’s day to day tasks
  • To process monthly reports from the quotation system
  • To ‘flag’ urgent inquiries assist in their prompt return
  • To undertake the processing of credit notes in conjunction with the accounts department
  • To identify opportunities for greater efficiency and cost savings
  • To have a working knowledge of the discount control system and be commercially aware of the market.

In this role you will need to have:

  • A basic understanding of the company's product range.
  • Have competent knowledge of Navision/SAP
  • To undertake the accurate input of data
  • To apply this knowledge in relation to customers’ requirements and problems.
  • To keep up to date with changes in the technology and development of our industry which in turn affects the Company’s progress.

In this role you will need excellent planning and organizational skills, these duties will include:

  • Knowledge of the Company range
  • To have contact with Company sales staff in the UK
  • To have a working knowledge of Word, Excel & SAP
  • To accurately document return of goods
  • To undertake the processing of credit notes in conjunction with the accounts department
