Following plans for expansion, our Client is seeking a sales orientated, confident and organised coordinator to join their team and drive the business forward.
As a Sales & Property Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for selling the company’s services and subsequently managing incoming/sold jobs from start to end, ensuring that high standards of customer service are met and customer relationships are built.
Due to being a fast-paced office, you must have strong time management and organisation skills. You must also have strong communication skills and be able to build rapport with customers and convert leads into sales.
- Be confident in selling company services and meeting targets outlined by the company
- Have excellent organisation and time management skills as this is an essential part of the role
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Be customer focussed and be able to build rapport
We will require a minimum of 2 references, both of which must be from a sales position or similar role to what is advertised.
This is a full-time role, the working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm. This will be a permanent position and the annual salary is £18,000. There is a bonus scheme in place for sales.
