What You'll Do:

Exceed Sales Targets: Your primary aim will be to meet and surpass sales goals, driving the business forward.

Retain and Grow Business: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new opportunities.

Accurate Recording: You’ll ensure all client information is meticulously recorded in the in-house system.

Create Winning Proposals: From initial enquiry to contract, you’ll craft compelling proposals that convert leads into bookings.

Build Relationships: Develop and nurture positive connections with clients and internal teams.

Coordinate Events: Produce complete event manifests for small conferences and meetings, ensuring every detail is perfect.

Gather Feedback: Send client feedback forms and act on any relevant points to continuously improve the service.

Conduct Site Tours: Showcase the venue to potential clients, highlighting its unique features and benefits.

Support Marketing: Assist with marketing tasks and keep the WordPress website updated and engaging.

What You Bring:

Self-Motivation and Organisation: You thrive on managing your own workload and hitting targets.

Sales Expertise: You have a proven track record in a sales executive role, ideally in the events or hotel industry. (Desirable)

Client Focus: Your skills in client retention and new business development set you apart.
