A Sales Advisor will act as the ‘face’ of the products.  They will be the first point of contact for those enquiring about and wishing to order our products.

As a Sales Advisor you will be energetic, knowledgeable and passionately communicative about our products and services.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls and online web enquiries.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools providing clear, full and accurate notes
  • Meet personal/sales team targets via sales, review systems, calls and emails
  • Ensure products are clearly described, alternatives, upsells and additional items offered by matching customer needs
  • Ensure customers are made aware of delivery and installation lead times and sur charges
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Cover delivery lines when required taking thorough details for agents to pick up
  • Check for fraudulent activity as per company process
  • Complete daily tasks as required to ensure the customer journey is exceptional


  • Proven sales experience or experience as a call centre representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Positive and highly motivated personality

Must work to the contact centre required rota of 5 days from 6

Own transport is essential due to location
