Do you carry a 'well experienced' skillset within excel along with a proactive mind-set?
Previous administrative experience would be beneficial for this role however not essential.
Your duties will include:
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Dealing with and processing invoices
- Daily use of Microsoft Excel (data inputting, formulas and setting up spreadsheets)
- Ensure work is met to designated deadlines
- Responding to customer queries and questions
- General administrative duties as and when required
- You must be a hardworking individual, who is self-motivated and will maintain work at a high standard with a good level accuracy.
You will be working closely with the Sales Manager along with your team. You should also be proactive with the ability to manage customers with a professional manner.
Your own transport would be needed for this role due to its location.
Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, 19k+ dependant on experience.
