Based in Grantham Town Centre, working Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17:00.
Your new full-time job as a Sales Administrator will involve:
- Creating spreadsheets for the Manager to work out statistics
- Liaising with contractors, sales staff, and clients regarding services
- Raising new orders for services and invoicing the sites monthly alongside validating the invoices for the contractors
- Processing invoices (approximately 100 per week)
- Query handling internally and externally
- Chasing outstanding/overdue payments
- Sending out statements
- Using Xero
