Based in Grantham Town Centre, working Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17:00.

Your new full-time job as a Sales Administrator will involve:

  • Creating spreadsheets for the Manager to work out statistics
  • Liaising with contractors, sales staff, and clients regarding services
  • Raising new orders for services and invoicing the sites monthly alongside validating the invoices for the contractors
  • Processing invoices (approximately 100 per week)
  • Query handling internally and externally
  • Chasing outstanding/overdue payments
  • Sending out statements
  • Using Xero
