Are you confident, organized, and resilient with experience of supporting a Recruitment office, within all areas of Administration?
Ambitions Personnel are looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer. The role is based in our Grantham office and will be supporting the existing team during our busy period. The role is to start immediately.
Your daily duties will include:
- Screening, interviewing and registering candidates
- Carrying out inductions in line with client requirements
- Managing our applicant pool and databases by keeping them up to date
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed in full, and in line with compliance guidelines
- Making and receiving calls
- Managing inboxes and post
- Any other general office duties
You will be working 5 days per week from 9am – 5pm. Flexibility is required especially during busy periods

- You must be reliable and organised

- Experience working in a busy office environment
