We are hiring for a Recruitment Consultant to be responsible for our onsite client in Grantham. This is a supervisory role dealing with the daily welfare and management of the Ambitions Personnel workforce, as well as building & maintaining a relationship with our client.
You will work alongside our local branch to fulfil the clients’ requirements, coordinating our workforce, manage workers’ attendance, performance and HR records, providing training to workers, process weekly payroll and attend weekly client meetings.
A background in recruitment would be a distinct advantage but we’re also keen to hear from applicants with a warehouse or logistics background, preferably within a supervisory or leadership role.
To be considered you will require the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- PC literacy including a good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships
- Good analytical skills to collate and present information to our client
- Be flexible with your working hours to cover various shifts ate peak times September-January
You will be working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with some requirement to be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
