Ambitions Personnel are looking to recruit a Part Time Recruitment Administrator. The role is based in our Peterborough office and will be supporting the existing team during our busy period. The role is to start immediately.
Your daily duties will include:
- Screening, interviewing and registering temporary candidates
- Carrying out inductions in line with client requirements
- Managing our applicant pool and databases by keeping them up to date
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed in full, and in line with compliance guidelines
- Making and receiving calls
You will be working 3 days per week from 9am – 5pm. Flexibility is required especially during busy periods

- You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You must have effective communication skills
- You must be reliable and organised
- Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience working in a busy office environment
