Understanding our Client's needs you will be responsible for all aspects of the search and selection process. Customer service experience is essential together with problem solving skills as you will be needed to react quickly to provide staffing solutions. You must be able to build relationships with existing clients and candidates as well as having a proactive and thorough approach. Specific training will be provided for the right candidate however you must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
