We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Recruitment Resourcer to join our Peterborough based team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Advertising vacancies
- Tele-screening, registering, interviewing and inducting candidates
- Administering any testing – language / skills etc.
- Referencing candidates
- Carrying out document checks in line with legislation
- Building a pool of candidates for one specific key account – working closely with account management and on site team
- Placing candidates into assignments and completing all related paperwork & administration
- Re-booking staff on a weekly basis
- Continually reviewing candidate attraction methods
- Attending job fairs / open day events
Payroll & Administration
- Running payroll on a weekly basis – processing information onto computerised spreadsheet system
- Calculating holiday pay
- Dealing with any queries as necessary – liaising between workers and the on-site team
- Processing any changes to worker details
General
- Office support including dealing with incoming calls, filing and scanning
- Reception cover as required
- Ensuring stock levels of office equipment and temporary staff uniform are maintained
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience
- Previous experience working within an office environment ideally gained within a fast paced, busy environment
- Proven customer service skills
