Quality Controller

We are looking for a meticulous Quality Controller. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet the required quality standards before they reach production. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy problem-solving, and want to play a key role in maintaining product excellence, this Quality Control role is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inspect incoming materials, components, and supplies against drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Review supplier certificates of compliance, test reports, and other documentation.

· Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

· Document inspection results accurately in logs, databases, and quality records.

· Identify nonconforming materials and ensure they are handled according to company procedures.

· Work closely with Purchasing and Engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues.

· Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.

· Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier quality.

· Follow all safety protocols, quality policies, and work instructions.

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality inspection, preferably in manufacturing or engineering. 

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

· Experience with basic measuring tools and inspection techniques.

· Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is advantageous.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and suppliers.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP systems desirable).
