As a purchasing administrator you will be working in a very fast paced environment. You must be able to maintain a cool but calm mentality when things get busy in the office.
Some of your daily duties will include:
- Completing freight and duty invoices
- Transfer/sell stock between systems
- Communicating with suppliers if stock is absent
- Dealing with and creating invoices to all suppliers
- Along with general administration duties
- Using excel - data inputting, working with formulas
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and carry accurate time management along with this.
Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
