Purchasing Assistant

As a purchasing administrator you will be working in a very fast paced environment. You must be able to maintain a cool but calm mentality when things get busy in the office.

Some of your daily duties will include:

  • Completing freight and duty invoices
  • Transfer/sell stock between systems
  • Communicating with suppliers if stock is absent
  • Dealing with and creating invoices to all suppliers
  • Along with general administration duties
  • Using excel - data inputting, working with formulas 

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and carry accurate time management along with this.

Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm.
