Our client is one of the UK’s leading food companies and one of Europe’s most successful poultry producers. Based in Ashbourne, they are looking for a purchase ledger administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis!
Duties will be: -
- Processing invoices, reconciling delivery notes to invoices received and purchase orders.
- Setting up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger.
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Assisting in the preparation of purchase summaries.
- Processing business expense returns.
- Cashbook and petty cash cheques.
- Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques.
Working hours: - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. 8am - 1:30pm (20 hours a week)
Pay rate: - £9.50 p/h
