You could be the next Property Manager for one of the largest and leading, award winning property specialists in the UK.
Your new employer is part of a national network of 170 offices, all focused on delivering the very best property letting and management service to landlords nationwide.
You will do the day to day management of part of a residential property portfolio and you will get involved with the arrangement and monitoring of all property maintenance issues and the invoicing of contractors.
You will be dealing with tenants and landlords both face to face and by telephone; organising and scheduling gas and electric safety checks; managing and scheduling regular property inspections;, some account administration and Issues of legal documentation.

Predominantly an office based position the working hours are Monday to Thursday 09.00am to 5.30pm, Friday 09.00am to 5.00pm and One Saturday in three.
1-2 years’ experience in similar position required.
