As a Property Manager, you will be dealing with all maintenance-based issues on a particular portfolio of managed properties. You will need to have a natural flair for problem-solving and excellent verbal communication skills, as there will be no face-to-face contact with customers.
To be considered for this role candidates must have current or previous experience of Residential (not Commercial or block) Management. Once the successful individual completes their initial probationary period, they have the option to be home-based.
In return, you will work Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm plus occasional Saturdays where, if worked, a day off in lieu will be provided and will receive a competitive salary of £19-£21,000 per annum, plus bonuses and other financial incentives. Realistic OTE £24-25,000 per annum.
