As the first point of contact for internal members of staff, you will trouble-shoot IT issues relating to software and hardware to the best of your knowledge. Providing basic diagnostics to try to resolve issues at the first level. Should issues prove more challenging, you will have a wider team to escalate to and support the resolution of the problem.
Candidates will need a full UK driving license as there may be some travel required to other sites to configure pc’s for new team members. You don’t have to have previous IT experience, candidates coming from a technical or problem solving background would also work well.
