This role is Monday to Friday with the possibility of doing over time if needed, a the hours are from 06:00 to 18:00 with 2 breaks and a lunchtime.
In this role you'll be packing and grading product, as well as stacking trays or sacks onto pallets.
This is a key role as you will be responsible for checking that the product meets our customer’s high specifications before it leaves the factory floor.
- To be successful in this role you will work closely with our Machine Operators and Quality Assurance team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our clients busy production department.
- You'll need to be a good communicator, have the ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team and show attention to detail.
- You should be self-motivated, responsible and understand the importance of working within Health & Safety guidelines and to detailed work instructions.
- From time to time you will be operating and maintaining forklift trucks, so a flexible attitude to your work is essential. Ideally you will hold a counterbalance forklift licence, but this is not essential.
