Our client has experienced a surge in demand for its products, house & garden plants, etc.
As a result, they have asked us to support them by recruiting Picking Operatives for their site in the outskirts of Spalding.
You will form part of a growing team engaged in the careful picking, preparing, packing and labelling of orders, to be shipped to customers all over the UK.
You don't need to be a time-served Picker or Packer to be successful in this role, but experience in gardening would be an advantage.
However, if you are happy to work outdoors picking plants, we are happy to provide the necessary training as well as all the PPE required for your own safety.
The site works to strict COVID safety measures so you can rest assured that your safety and welfare are paramount.
The site operates 7 days a week on a 12-hour shift, from 07:00-19:00 with an hour unpaid lunchbreak on the below shift patterns with potential for an extra day of overtime:
- Sunday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Saturday
Due to location, you will require your own transport.
Although this role sounds seasonal our client has regular permanent vacancies & promotions that you may be considered for depending on your good work ethic and performance.
