Purpose of the Role
The PCB Final Assembly Supervisor leads the Final Assembly team to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality completion of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs). The role focuses on meeting production targets, maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards, and driving continuous improvement in performance and processes.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily/weekly production schedules in collaboration with the Production Manager.

Lead and develop the Final Assembly team, ensuring adherence to company and IPC standards.

Monitor production progress, quality, and safety, taking corrective action as needed.

Support training programs and maintain accurate training and quality documentation.

Drive continuous improvement, 6S, and operational excellence initiatives.

Enforce compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ESD control requirements.

Report KPIs and production metrics, and support maintenance and H&S activities.

Act as deputy for the PCB Production Manager when required.
Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in PCB Assembly or Electronics Manufacturing.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001 (certification desirable).

Experience with ISO9001/14001 systems and CAPA processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
