If you’re looking for a promotion and you’re ready for the next step in your Payroll Career I have a Payroll Team Leader job available, paying up to £30k, based in Grantham.

This job will report into Sam, the Payroll Manager who has been with the business 2 years; Sam has her CIPP and over 13 years experince working in Payroll, what a great person to lean on for support and deliver the training to you in your new job.

This is a large outfit that employ over 3,000 people across the Midlands; working as part of the central services team you will provide in-house pay support to 15 subsidiaries and their staff teams.

You will oversee the end to end payroll process ensuring a high level of accuracy whilst maintaining a supportive approach to the workforce and be an advocate for continuous improvement that acts as a mentor and trainer to members of your team.

You need to have experience working within a Payroll team - shared service centre, Payroll qualification – (CIPP) or equivalent and experience of TUPE and multiple sector pensions is desirable but not essential.
