Do you have experience within accounting and payroll and looking for a new opportunity? Well I have the job for you.
Monday to Friday working 8am-5pm.
Salary starting at £21,000 per annum depending on experience.
You should: -
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to solve complex problems quickly and efficiently.
- PAYE experience is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Word, including Excel.
Your Duties: -
- Calculating how many hours staff members have worked.
- Calculating and deducting tax, national insurance and pension payments.
- Adding any statutory payments necessary, including maternity/paternity and sick pay.
- Incorporating additional pay, such as overtime, bonuses or salary increases.
- Processing payment documentation for new starters/leavers, including issuing P45s.
- Basic administrative jobs.
- Change employee banking records when necessary to process payments accurately.
- Handle employee complaints, questions and concerns about payroll services and communicate those issues to HR manager.
