You will be working from a modern, recently refurbished office based in Alfreton, amongst the picturesque rolling green hills. You will answer all incoming calls within a culture dedicated to 'delivering happiness', you will strive to provide the best customer service experience. You will have a passion for continuous improvement and have fun coming to work to basque in the thought of 'you're here to make a difference'!
All this with the added benefit of being able to work Monday to Friday 9.00am – 1.00pm.
