If you are an experienced Purchase Ledger and looking for a new opportunity, this could be the perfect role for you.

24 hours per week, Monday - Friday. 

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties are as follows:

  • Be responsible for processing all supplier invoices accurately, ensuring payment terms are met and invoices are correctly coded.
  • Deal with supplier statements, follow up on overdue invoices, maintain notes on records to allow tracking of invoices/queries.
  • Resolve credit balances 
  • Maintain all supplier accounts and ensure details are kept up to date
  • Provide support within the team and to other departments.

You will have: 

  • Previous experience working in a Purchase Ledger or an Accounts Assistant position
  • The ability to process large amounts of work and maintain to a high standard.
  • Exceptional data entry skills
  • Carry excellent skills within time keeping, organisation, accuracy, and communication.

Free parking on site. 

This is an office based role and your own transport will be needed due to company location.
