Imagine working as a PA to the General Manager of a Manufacturing business but also being the go-to person for all things ‘office’ based.
You will be an integral part of this business, the cog in the wheel that keeps everything moving.
As well as some personal PA duties, running errands, dog walking, appointment booking and handling you will also get involved in health and safety, facilities management, purchasing, social media management, marketing, stock/inventory control and fleet management.
Your new job will be demanding but you will thrive from the fast-paced environment and demands of the GM.
To be successful you’ll need to have proven experience working as a PA, a resilient and positive personality with the ability to come up with solutions, not problems.
There’s a lot to be done between the hours of Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00 but these will be your new working hours.
